Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sydney FC's Thorben Rittmann started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thorben Rittmann took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dito Braga. Dito Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 10 minutes into the game, when Abelardo Cunha put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Jaru-Uaru's Abelardo Cunha got a free kick in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomeo Heinlein came free, but Dito Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Merten Kilic fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sydney FC's protests and gave Merten Kilic a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Sydney FC got a freekick which was hit by Merten Kilic. Leonel Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Axel Ballhaus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Adnan Tilner came free, but Dito Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes, Agnaldo Sarmento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaru-Uaru and the Sydney FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Agnaldo Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Dito Braga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hinrik Grobmaul went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jaru-Uaru's Dito Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorben Rittmann in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Magalhães during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by David Magalhães. The audience was convinced that Leonel Valadares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Axel Ballhaus was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 33rd minute Jaru-Uaru were awarded a corner. Clóvis Baiano went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Clóvis Baiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Axel Ballhaus quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dito Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorben Rittmann in the 36th minute of play. Bartolomeo Heinlein struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Dito Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sydney FC. The Jaru-Uaru players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sydney FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonel Valadares to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Thorben Rittmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dito Braga. That made the score 0-3 in the 51 minute of play. Dito Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorben Rittmann in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorben Rittmann got free with Dito Braga in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Adnan Tilner took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Dito Braga to make any attempt to save it. Leonel Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Axel Ballhaus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match, Adnan Tilner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dito Braga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Merten Kilic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dito Braga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. If Adnan Tilner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Thorben Rittmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dito Braga. Jaru-Uaru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thorben Rittmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Dito Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Tilner in the 91st minute of the match. Bartolomeo Heinlein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Braga having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Harald Inger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sydney FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaru-Uaru the free kick. When the match was over Sydney FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jaru-Uaru throughout the match.
