After having played for 19 minutes, Zlatko Deribeev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VN Ultra Spartak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatko Deribeev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Storfors AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Vitomir Stoin came free, but Bror Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anders Klack to make the kick off.
