The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cebollas's Donatello Sánchez got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bastia Segarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júnior Hoffmann in the 5th minute of play. Duda Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Matías de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Matías de Salles. 17 minutes into the match, Cebollas's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Toscano came free, but Bastia Segarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonso Gasso charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonso Gasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Cebollas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Gasso to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Dito Braga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zahar Castaño. 25 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Zavier Domenech came free, but Dito Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dito Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donatello Sánchez in the 26th minute of the match. Zahar Castaño took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dito Braga. Dito Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zavier Domenech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Braga having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Matías de Salles. Dito Braga was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Zahar Castaño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zahar Castaño really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Dito Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zavier Domenech in the 45th minute of the match. With a little luck, Jaru-Uaru's Dito Braga got control of the ball when Donatello Sánchez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dito Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zavier Domenech in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zavier Domenech was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zavier Domenech in the 51st minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Dito Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Zahar Castaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cebollas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Zavier Domenech managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cebollas's supporters rose to their feet, but Zavier Domenech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dito Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the game, Zahar Castaño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Dito Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute Zahar Castaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Zahar Castaño put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dito Braga. After a rather tough play, Jaru-Uaru's Pedro Paulo Esteves got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 92 minutes, Donatello Sánchez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cebollas and the Jaru-Uaru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Donatello Sánchez hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Cebollas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donatello Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cebollas fully deserved thier win.
