Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sydney FC's Thorben Rittmann started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thorben Rittmann during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 8 minutes into the match, Bartolomeo Heinlein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bror Lange. Storfors AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolomeo Heinlein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The corner ended in Merten Kilic almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Storfors AIK's Bror Lange did a great save. Bror Lange didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thorben Rittmann went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the match, Thorben Rittmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bror Lange. Storfors AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thorben Rittmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Bror Lange didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolomeo Heinlein went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Storfors AIK's Torbjörn Soned in the 31st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Axel Ballhaus was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Sydney FC through an amazing save. Bartolomeo Heinlein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Thorben Rittmann sped through Storfors AIK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bror Lange. In the 35thth minute of the game Thorben Rittmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Storfors AIK's Bror Lange was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Richard Clemens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bror Lange was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Julius Humann took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bror Lange. Bror Lange dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9.

The wind increased when Torbjörn Soned made the kick off in the second half. Bror Lange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Clemens in the 51st minute of play. Thorben Rittmanns short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Bror Lange to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bror Lange was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Richard Clemens capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Richard Clemens really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Storfors AIK's Bror Lange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Clemens in the 66th minute of play. With his leg Bror Lange managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Sydney FC's Thorben Rittmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Richard Clemens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Egon Vikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Storfors AIK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sydney FC the free kick. The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Storfors AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egon Vikström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Thorben Rittmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Bror Lange however easily saved by the left post. Bror Lange made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Clemens in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Bartolomeo Heinlein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bror Lange was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Richard Clemens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bror Lange, 0-11. Egon Vikström kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Bror Lange made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorben Rittmann in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sydney FC's zone, Anders Klack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Ballhaus came out of the goal and Anders Klack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torbjörn Soned received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Axel Ballhaus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Sydney FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julius Humann to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Storfors AIK's Bror Lange got control of the ball when Thorben Rittmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Sydney FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Storfors AIK throughout the match.
