Bertil Sandell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Bastia Segarra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bastia Segarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Qvalfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bérenger Petančič kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Albert Qvalfeldt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Qvalfeldt in the 51st minute of play forced Cebollas's goalkeeper Bastia Segarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bertil Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertil Sandell in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bastia Segarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 57 played minutes Cebollas got a freekick which was hit by Lalo Cifuentes. In the 73rd minute, Esbjörn Apelqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bastia Segarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertil Sandell's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Lalo Cifuentes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cebollas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hamneskär the free kick. After 89 played minutes Cebollas got a freekick which was hit by Lalo Cifuentes. Cebollas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
