Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elpidio Francis took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Elpidio Francis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Léo Sampaio. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Joacim Myhr kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When Miguel Prosperi came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Prosperi couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Décio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Branislav Velchevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Léo Sampaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Leonel Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Prosperi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Myhr came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA defense, Joacim Myhr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Branislav Velchevski. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Branislav Velchevski should have stopped the shot. In the 34th match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eber Melivilu to maneuver through the defense. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo Chaves in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Kolacki in the 41st minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Léo Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Branislav Velchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joacim Myhr in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA made a substitution. Arnaldo Gabon replaced Miguel Prosperi. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nildo Chaves to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Francis came free, but Léo Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Léo Sampaio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 56 minutes COURO COME FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elpidio Francis who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of COURO COME FC's goalie and right to Rafael Dalmu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. COURO COME FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Elpidio Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elpidio Francis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Léo Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Léo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Francis in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to COURO COME FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Natanael Paranaense hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Léo Sampaio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA reached it. Léo Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute Iuri Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Branislav Velchevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Dalmu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans cheered their team off the field, for while COURO COME FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
