Esteban Loi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Ryberg in the 25th minute of the match. Ter Stegen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Ryberg's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the 1948 MKS defense, Americo Suero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ter Stegen. The 1948 MKS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ter Stegen should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Suero came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the 1948 MKS defense, Esteban Loi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ter Stegen. The 1948 MKS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ter Stegen should have stopped the shot. After the first half Teɱperłey Cɨŧy were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Suero made a kick off. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Suero in the 51st minute of play. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Suero in the 52nd minute of play. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match, Gunnar Hake tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ter Stegen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Gerardo Osorio was substituted for John Ryberg. After 77 played minutes Teɱperłey Cɨŧy got a freekick which was hit by Alan Franco. Erhan İren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigan Frankson in the 78th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Raymond came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Bonifacio Guib managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rudy Lukas in the 86 minute of the game. Erhan İren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beagan Colwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erhan İren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigan Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of 1948 MKS booed when Teɱperłey Cɨŧy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzales Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Teɱperłey Cɨŧy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
