Cayetano Sagrario made a great header on Consejo del Mate's corner, it was just that Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito managed to reach the ball for a save. Fagildo Pamanes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Léo de Brito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bolo Bolaño's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Bolo Bolaño put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Léo de Brito. In the 27th minute, Bolo Bolaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Consejo del Mate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Consejo del Mate's Cayetano Sagrario was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Léo de Brito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bolo Bolaño scored 4-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo de Brito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Javier Betadur hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidnei Dionísio in the 41st minute of play. Douglas de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bolo Bolaño to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas de Souza came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute of the match Floresta Club U18 got a corner. Consejo del Mate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruy da Rocha ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ruy da Rocha got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 54th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tomé Reis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Orlando Gatti was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's Fagildo Pamanes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Léo de Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bolo Bolaño in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo de Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Consejo del Mate fans cheered their team off the field, for while Floresta Club U18 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
