Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Fabio Auer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Victorica in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fermin Pereyra was slow to take the kick. During this time Campbell's players had a chance to rest. Silverio Cordareo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Victor Victorica received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Auer came out and tried to block the shot, but Victor Victorica slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. If Fabio Schneider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marvin Harrer to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Victorica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Victor Victorica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campbell's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Victorica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Auer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 2-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Victor Victorica elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Victor Victorica took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Fabio Auer to make any attempt to save it. When Severo Vedillo came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Campbell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Vedillo couldn't finish the play. Fabio Auer was a little too slow when Victor Victorica got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 5-0. Severo Vedillo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Severo Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 48 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Austria! The goalkeeper, Fabio Auer, was totally fooled by Campbell's Fermin Pereyra, who 50 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

Campbell made a substitution. Domingos Gabino replaced Victor Victorica. 57 minutes into the match, Domingos Gabino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingos Gabino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After some careless play in the Austria defense, Domingos Gabino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. Domingos Gabino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Auer having to make a save. Campbell's Arturo Martino was substituted for Guillermo Barros Schelotto. Emil Seidler kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Gabino in the 81st minute of play. Domingos Gabino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Auer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Austria's zone, Domingos Gabino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Auer came out of the goal and Domingos Gabino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Gabino in the 88th minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Seidler's late challenge caught a Campbell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Seidler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Emil Seidler hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Gabino in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Auer saved Austria from getting behind. When Domingos Gabino came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Campbell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Gabino couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Domingos Gabino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Fabio Auer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 98 minutes into the match, Domingos Gabino notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Austria's Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
