Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Carpathians's Stefan Dobay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lars Steen hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The Carpathians fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Carpathians's Stefan Dobay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Stefan Dobay got a free kick in the 10th minute. A hard shot 18 in the game by Stefan Dobay from a close distance when the talented Keld Paulsen managed to make a qualified save. Denmark's players were relieved. In the 21st match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarne Kirkegaard to maneuver through the defense. Connor Hughes's shot from long distance in the 22nd minute was not bad at all, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Dobay, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Olav Graversen hit a great ball. Keld Paulsen was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Stefan Dobay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stefan Dobay really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Theis Winther made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Carpathians's Constantin Bot. 39 minutes into the game, Carpathians's Stefan Dobay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 44 minutes into the game, Theis Winther was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpathians the free kick. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Theis Winther got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Dobay went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Theis Winther kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Stefan Dobay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Stefan Dobay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carpathians's Ercan Sabahaddin was substituted for Martin Zafiu. 63 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Ercan Sabahaddin came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Carpathians's Stefan Dobay in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. In the 70th minute, Stefan Dobay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Stefan Dobay took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. The audience was convinced that Stefan Dobay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Nichitelea in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carpathians fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denmark had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
