Austria's Fabio Auer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Austria from getting a goal against them. Leonhard Maier hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Halil Utku Yüksel scored 8-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Auer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 54 minutes into the match, Halil Utku Yüksel notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Austria's Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
