The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulvi Nizami got free with Eşref Tuney in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as demir idmanyurdu's Ceyhan Kuluk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eşref Tuney. That made the score 1-11 after 94 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded demir idmanyurdu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vetevendosje FC.
