With an all-out effort, East Telde United's Segundo Sidro threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Piotr Gacek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Midgard booed when East Telde United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casildo Barroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Tyler Dufure was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Midgard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave East Telde United the free kick. Midgard's Segundo Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Campos in the 27th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mustafa İzzet Terzi made the kick off in the second half. Segundo Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Gacek, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 53 played minutes East Telde United got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Eklund. Segundo Sidro came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by East Telde United's Quinito Rosas. But to his dismay, Quinito Rosas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 59th minute, Aybar Erçetin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Gacek in the 64th minute of the match. Llorenc Silvestre made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Mustafa İzzet Terzi sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, East Telde United's goal looked a bit too open when Özdemir Danış came free, but Llorenc Silvestre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Segundo Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özdemir Danış in the 74th minute of play forced East Telde United's goalkeeper Llorenc Silvestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Midgard's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Gacek came free, but Segundo Sidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Piotr Gacek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Segundo Sidro. Midgard's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piotr Gacek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 85th minute, Aybar Erçetin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute of the match Joaquin Flores sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Segundo Sidro skillfully saved the ball. Segundo Sidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quinito Rosas's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Segundo Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quinito Rosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Eralp Nizam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Campos in the 93rd minute of play. East Telde United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Midgard for a fine match.
