Elar Queron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Nóbrega in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Aguilar to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, José Vítor Alves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elar Queron. CD SHETTANI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Vítor Alves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Elar Queron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of 20 DE SETEMBRO booed when CD SHETTANI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fello Villegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hong Zheng to make the kick off. Sun Guang Jian was slow to take the kick. During this time CD SHETTANI's players had a chance to rest. Geovanni Hoffmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 20 DE SETEMBRO eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
