Gilberto Garcia started the match with the kick off. Guarani Futebol Clube's Kiko Negri got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4thth minute of the game Cacá Gomes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tirense F.C.'s Waldir Palmeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kiko Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Waldir Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kiko Negri hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Guarani Futebol Clube's José Augusto Mineiro got control of the ball when Gilberto Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Augusto Mineiro made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Gilberto Garcia sent off a good shot on target. Waldir Palmeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cacá Gomes's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. The Guarani Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Guarani Futebol Clube's Cacá Gomes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cacá Gomes in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Palmeira saved Tirense F.C. from getting behind. Ronaldinho Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Cacá Gomes took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldir Palmeira. Waldir Palmeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Guarani Futebol Clube's attack was well implemented in the 27th minute, but when Cacá Gomes was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. José Augusto Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldir Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Gomes in the 34th minute of play. Felipe Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Tirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Gomes came free, but Waldir Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldir Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Gomes in the 40th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cacá Gomes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldir Palmeira was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th minute Cacá Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Palmeira didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Guarani Futebol Clube's Cacá Gomes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The Tirense F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guarani Futebol Clube were winning 0-3.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Juninho Ribeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tirense F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guarani Futebol Clube the free kick. Waldir Palmeira made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cacá Gomes sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cacá Gomes got free with Waldir Palmeira in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilberto Garcia scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Augusto Mineiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cacá Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute Cacá Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Gomes in the 71st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Cacá Gomes put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Waldir Palmeira. In the 77th minute Cacá Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Tirense F.C. defense, Kiko Negri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldir Palmeira. The Tirense F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldir Palmeira should have stopped the shot. Waldir Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Gomes in the 86th minute of the match. Cacá Gomes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Waldir Palmeira 89 minutes into the match. Waldir Palmeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cacá Gomes's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When Cacá Gomes in the 94th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Waldir Palmeira kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Guarani Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
