With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcel Jacinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltazar de Castro during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Baltazar de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grêmio Bulls's Marcel Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Heidemann in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Marcel Jacinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Heidemann came free, but Marcel Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Régis de Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio Bulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heidemann FC - FSCMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Bulls's Régis de Toledo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Patrick Heidemann took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Jacinto. Marcel Jacinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Grêmio Bulls fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! 26 minutes into the match, Patrick Heidemann notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Grêmio Bulls's Marcel Jacinto. Marcel Jacinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcel Jacinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Heidemann's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Patrick Heidemann scored 0-5 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Jacinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th match minute, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Grêmio Bulls defense, Patrick Heidemann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Jacinto. The Grêmio Bulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Jacinto should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Patrick Heidemann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heidemann FC - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Figueiredo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Patrick Heidemann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Bulls's Marcel Jacinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baltazar de Castro hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Patrick Heidemann got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Baltazar de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Patrick Heidemann put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Marcel Jacinto. Patrick Heidemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Marcel Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Heidemann. Patrick Heidemann had several of the Grêmio Bulls's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 86 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Marcel Jacinto as he didn't even see the shot coming. Zeca de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marcel Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Grêmio Bulls booed when Heidemann FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrick Heidemann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcel Jacinto having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Heidemann FC - FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grêmio Bulls.
