Luiz Guedes charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Guedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Fernandão Vides, was totally fooled by Grêmio RK75's Cauã Luz, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Percival de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Nóbrega in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandão Vides prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Nóbrega in the 38th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Fernandão Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 53rd minute, Luís Paulo Laguna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th minute, one of LauerArmy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LauerArmy. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind LauerArmy's goalkeeper Fernandão Vides, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grêmio RK75 were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after LauerArmy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cauã Luz took the corner. Igor Nóbrega made a great header on Grêmio RK75's corner, it was just that LauerArmy's Fernandão Vides managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Pedrinho Cruz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Grêmio RK75 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
