After 78 played minutes Pura Arte F.C got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Barral. Hélio de Andrade was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Pura Arte F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Grêmio Bulls:s goal. Pura Arte F.C:s Hamílton Travassos showed great skill when he stopped Wellington Figueiredo:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Bulls's Victor Passos got a free kick in the 83rd minute.
