The supporters of 20 DE SETEMBRO booed when Guarani Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando N贸brega to make the kick off. When Orlando N贸brega in the 51st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Geovanni Fernandes might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovanni Hoffmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovanni Fernandes ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the 20 DE SETEMBRO defense, Kiko Negri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovanni Hoffmann. The 20 DE SETEMBRO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovanni Hoffmann should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute Cac谩 Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 played minutes Guarani Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Geovanni Fernandes. 81 minutes into the match, Guarani Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by R茅gis Carvalho. Maicon Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro made a huge save. With his leg Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when 20 DE SETEMBRO's Orlando N贸brega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cac谩 Gomes in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovanni Hoffmann saved 20 DE SETEMBRO from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Orlando N贸brega reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro. The goal made the score 1-2. 94 minutes into the match, Orlando N贸brega dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jos茅 Augusto Mineiro, 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 20 DE SETEMBRO had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
