A collision led to Grêmio RK75 getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Igor Nóbrega hit a great ball. Igor Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd match minute, Austra VFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Garcia to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Austra VFC's goalkeeper Kitt Pegov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grêmio RK75's Matias Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson da Silva in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Igor Nóbrega made a precise shot to the right of Kitt Pegov. Austra VFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Igor Nóbrega dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kitt Pegov, 3-0. Grêmio RK75's Matias Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson da Silva in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Austra VFC booed when Grêmio RK75 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Suárez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Igor Nóbrega put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kitt Pegov. In the 48th minute, Igor Nóbrega reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kitt Pegov. The goal made the score 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The audience was convinced that Igor Nóbrega's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kitt Pegov was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Guilherme Xande hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Grêmio RK75 got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Xande. 63 minutes into the game, Grêmio RK75's Luís Suárez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kitt Pegov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 69th minute, Luís Suárez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kitt Pegov was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Grêmio RK75's José Pedro Coutinho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nuno Severo in the 81 minute of the game. Kitt Pegov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Nóbrega in the 82nd minute of play. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Grêmio RK75's Matias Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Grêmio RK75 from getting a goal against them. Igor Nóbrega scored 8-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kitt Pegov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Nóbrega in the 91st minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Kitt Pegov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Igor Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kitt Pegov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Grêmio RK75 booed when Austra VFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Nóbrega took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kitt Pegov. Kitt Pegov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0.
