Austra VFC's Kitt Pegov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Santos in the 6th minute of play. Xande Chaves in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kitt Pegov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Kitt Pegov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 13 minutes into the game, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ove Ahlström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kitt Pegov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ove Ahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Austra VFC's goalkeeper Kitt Pegov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ove Ahlström hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Austra VFC's zone, Antônio Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kitt Pegov came out of the goal and Antônio Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Austra VFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antônio Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Nuno Severo fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austra VFC's protests and gave Nuno Severo a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Antônio Santos put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kitt Pegov. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antônio Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Santos in the 53rd minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Kitt Pegov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Antônio Santos notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Austra VFC's Kitt Pegov. Kitt Pegov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Arthur Guedes was substituted for Antônio Santos. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ booed when Austra VFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kit Vire didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Austra VFC defense, Arthur Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kitt Pegov. The Austra VFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kitt Pegov should have stopped the shot. After 80 minutes Austra VFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paolo Maldini who took care of the corner kick. Váldson da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Arthur Guedes took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kitt Pegov. Kitt Pegov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The audience was convinced that Arthur Guedes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kitt Pegov was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 89 minutes of play Austra VFC's Kit Vire was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes into the game, Arthur Guedes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Kitt Pegov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, Arthur Guedes notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Austra VFC's Kitt Pegov. Kitt Pegov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
