Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bater Palma made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Bater Palma came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CE LAJEADENSE RS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caetano Saad in the 6th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Jhon Arias got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 6 minutes into the match. Oleg Timofeev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Gustavo Siqueira in the 8th minute. The supporters of CE LAJEADENSE RS booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oleg Timofeev made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Bater Palma sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Montevideo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Caetano Saad was slow to take the kick. During this time CE LAJEADENSE RS's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Caetano Saad got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oleg Timofeev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bater Palma in the 26th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Oleg Timofeev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Montevideo's Leandro Brito made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Doykin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oleg Timofeev came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by CE LAJEADENSE RS's Caetano Saad. But to his dismay, Caetano Saad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Oleg Timofeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Saad, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Bater Palma made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oleg Timofeev was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Caetano Saad fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Oleg Timofeev, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Montevideo's Oleg Timofeev got control of the ball when Bater Palma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jhon Arias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Oleg Timofeev made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.
Leandro Brito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Doykin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Leandro Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montevideo's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Doykin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oleg Timofeev came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by CE LAJEADENSE RS's Bater Palma. But to his dismay, Bater Palma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 66 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Bater Palma came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bater Palma in the 70th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Oleg Timofeev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oleg Timofeev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Pinheiro in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Jorge Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Timofeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Schmidt. 76 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Saad came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Giuseppe Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celsinho de Almeida during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute Bater Palma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Timofeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leandro Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Montevideo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Trigo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Caetano Saad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oleg Timofeev was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
