Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Toni Mauzer made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Croatia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Perry Swanson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 4th minute of the match, Perry Swanson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ilija Skugor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ilija Skugor was a little too slow when Perry Swanson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 8th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvije Santek to maneuver through the defense. If Perry Swanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Perry Swanson might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilija Skugor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Perry Swanson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute, Aurel Cornea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvije Santek hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, UE Sant Julià's Aurelio Badilla made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 21 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ke Rong Zhen. After 23 minutes, Silvije Santek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the UE Sant Julià players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perry Swanson in the 25th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Aurelio Badilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perry Swanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perry Swanson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Perry Swanson went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When Aurel Cornea came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the UE Sant Julià fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurel Cornea couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Perry Swanson managed to get in a good position for a shot. UE Sant Julià's supporters rose to their feet, but Perry Swanson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilija Skugor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Perry Swanson to make the kick off. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Badilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 56 minutes of play, UE Sant Julià's Aurelio Badilla made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Perry Swanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Swanson in the 65th minute of play. Perry Swanson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ilija Skugor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Aurelio Badilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UE Sant Julià fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ke Rong Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of UE Sant Julià booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toni Mauzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perry Swanson in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilija Skugor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Argent came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joe Argent went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Swanson in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Benjamin Domazet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ke Rong Zhen went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 92 minutes, Perry Swanson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UE Sant Julià's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perry Swanson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, UE Sant Julià's Perry Swanson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilija Skugor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Perry Swanson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Croatia's Ilija Skugor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Joe Argent came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the UE Sant Julià fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joe Argent couldn't finish the play. UE Sant Julià walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
