Fabio Auer made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when 高沙沙 sent off a good shot on target. 高沙沙 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 杨渊然 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 杨渊然 made a kick off. 高沙沙's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Auer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 徐光镇 made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by 高沙沙. The supporters of East London Irons booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in East London Irons reached it. After 87 minutes, 杨渊然 made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side.
