Royal PSG's Antoine Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Fors in the 21st minute of play. Antoine Mano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Fors, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Degerfors IF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Selman Durkaya hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Théodore Cordeau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Royal PSG's supporters rose to their feet, but Théodore Cordeau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Sandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Royal PSG's Dominik Posadzki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Henrik Nordlund, made in the 28th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, Fredrik Isak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Antoine Mano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Théodore Cordeau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Degerfors IF's zone, Théodore Cordeau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Sandberg came out of the goal and Théodore Cordeau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Royal PSG players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Degerfors IF were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Théodore Cordeau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guto Gomes made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Royal PSG's Dominik Posadzki. In the 60th minute Åke Fors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Mano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Royal PSG's Antoine Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Fors in the 62nd minute of play. Blaise Desmaris hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match.
