Edmondo Santilli hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Suipacha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Santilli came free, but Leandro Brei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Montechiarugolo AFC booed when Suipacha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Montechiarugolo AFC's Edmondo Palomba broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Dibala in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fortunato Lepori saved Montechiarugolo AFC from getting behind. Jonatan Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Fortunato Lepori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmondo Santilli struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Leandro Brei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montechiarugolo AFC. 29 minutes into the match, Lucas Langoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fortunato Lepori. Montechiarugolo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Langoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Daniele Cammarota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leandro Brei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniele Cammarota showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Leandro Brei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Primo in the 44th minute of play forced Montechiarugolo AFC's goalkeeper Fortunato Lepori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fortunato Lepori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lartaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Aaron Anselmino had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 46 minutes, Attilio Bardella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montechiarugolo AFC and the Suipacha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Lucas Langoni made the kick off in the second half. Fortunato Lepori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lartaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute, Fulgencio Paio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eraldo Dominici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Langoni charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Langoni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Suipacha FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Lucas Langoni hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Edmondo Santilli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Dibalas short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Fortunato Lepori to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Suipacha FC's Leandro Brei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Cammarota in the 65th minute of play. When Suipacha FC's Paulo Dibala in 66 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fortunato Lepori guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Cristian Medina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fortunato Lepori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jonatan Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suipacha FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
