Roman Koenig scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juvenal Talló, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Renan Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jardel Velloso. Bene Animatus were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after A.A. Francana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sílvio Luís Prata took the corner. The corner ended in Sílvio Luís Prata almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.A. Francana's Renan Melo did a great save. In the 18th minute, Jardel Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Charlie Boström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Renan Melo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Renan Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Hooker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Boström in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Velloso in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renan Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Paulo Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Boström in the 37th minute of play forced Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goal looked a bit too open when Aykut Canel came free, but Juvenal Talló reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juvenal Talló showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Koenig in the 41st minute of the match. Sílvio Luís Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Renan Melo made a huge save. Renan Melo was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Sílvio Luís Prata capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Boström to make the kick off. A collision led to Bene Animatus getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Facundo Putin hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aykut Canel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charlie Boström in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Talló prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Bene Animatus's Cícero Perez got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bene Animatus's zone, Charlie Boström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal and Charlie Boström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aykut Canel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juvenal Talló firmly grabbed it by the left post. Renan Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 63rd minute of the match. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Bene Animatus from getting a goal against them. Jardel Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Melo having to interfere. In the 76th minute Charlie Boström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aykut Canel got free with Juvenal Talló in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló got control of the ball when Aykut Canel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Charlie Boström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juvenal Talló, 2-3. Jardel Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Renan Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bene Animatus supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching A.A. Francana's performance. The match ended with a win for A.A. Francana.
