Gianluigi Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ booed when Apocalipse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Zanette in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, André Luís Zanette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gianluigi Buffon. In the 25th match minute, Apocalipse FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. Gianluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luís Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 46th minute André Luís Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s André Luís Zanette. But to his dismay, André Luís Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After the first half ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Luís Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Apocalipse FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Durvalino de Queirós hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, André Luís Zanette notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon. Gianluigi Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luís Zanette in the 59th minute of play forced Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luís Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute André Luís Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luís Zanette might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluigi Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luís Zanette ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s André Luís Zanette sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gianluigi Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gil Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. André Luís Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apocalipse FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. In the 94th play minute André Luís Zanette came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gianluigi Buffon. 0-11. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
