But to his dismay, Leandro Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 25 minutes into the game, Bene Animatus's Leandro Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chase Palacios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 28th minute Sílvio Luís Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bola Toro's late challenge caught a Bene Animatus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chase Palacios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, BUITRES II's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Prata came free, but Chase Palacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chase Palacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
