Francana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ligeiro F.C's Bernardo Amorim got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Aykut Canel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aykut Canel scored 0-2 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamílton Chaves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hamílton Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aykut Canel went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute Charlie Boström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Koenig in the 16th minute of play forced Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper Hamílton Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th match minute, Ligeiro F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Hamílton Chaves came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Francana's Roman Koenig. But to his dismay, Roman Koenig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Hamílton Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Koenig in the 24th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, A.A. Francana's Roman Koenig made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamílton Chaves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 minutes Ligeiro F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Secco who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the Ligeiro F.C defense, Aykut Canel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamílton Chaves. The Ligeiro F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamílton Chaves should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aykut Canel came free, but Hamílton Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamílton Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Koenig, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Aykut Canel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Hamílton Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charlie Boström was the one to do the kick off. Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Boström in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Tasso during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Ligeiro F.C got a freekick which was hit by Frank Tasso. In the 60th minute Roman Koenig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamílton Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Boström, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Hamílton Chaves was a little too slow when Charlie Boström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-10. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aykut Canel got free with Hamílton Chaves in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper Hamílton Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aykut Canel. Charlie Boström took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamílton Chaves. Hamílton Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Hamílton Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aykut Canel went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Ligeiro F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 86th match minute, Ligeiro F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 88 in the game by Aykut Canel from a close distance when the talented Hamílton Chaves managed to make a qualified save. Ligeiro F.C's players were relieved. With a little luck, Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves got control of the ball when Roman Koenig tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, A.A. Francana's Aykut Canel made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Roman Koenig kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hamílton Chaves. That made the score 0-16 in the 96 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded A.A. Francana left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ligeiro F.C.
