Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Ligeiro F.C booed when FURIOSOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fábio Magalhães was a little too slow when Betinho Trancoso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. FURIOSOS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Elói Barreto scored to the left of an out of position Luiz Fábio Magalhães, making the score, 2-0. In the 22nd minute Adelino Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FURIOSOS's Luiz Fábio Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Trancoso in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FURIOSOS's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Fábio Magalhães came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso. But to his dismay, Frank Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some careless play in the FURIOSOS defense, Elói Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Fábio Magalhães. The FURIOSOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fábio Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Trancoso in the 39th minute of play. Elói Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fábio Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jailson Massa to strike the kick off in the second half. Ligeiro F.C were furious when Tomé Corrêa was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 51 minutes into the game, one of Ligeiro F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 53 minutes, FURIOSOS's Tony Madureira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hamílton Chaves. Betinho Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elói Barreto scored 5-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Magalhães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elói Barreto took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fábio Magalhães. Luiz Fábio Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. 74 minutes into the game, Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fábio Magalhães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. After 77 minutes of play, Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fábio Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! FURIOSOS's Luiz Fábio Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Barreto in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Barreto in the 85th minute of play forced FURIOSOS's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Frank Tasso in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 89 minutes into the match, FURIOSOS's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Barreto came free, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 9-1 when Frank Tasso sped through FURIOSOS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Fábio Magalhães. 94 minutes into the match, FURIOSOS's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Barreto came free, but Luiz Fábio Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fábio Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Ligeiro F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
