After a defensive mix-up in OZDEMIR FC's zone, Sigfrido Auletta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ederono Vilardell came out of the goal and Sigfrido Auletta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tang Sha Xu. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind OZDEMIR FC's goalkeeper Ederono Vilardell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sigfrido Auletta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ederono Vilardell having to make a save. A collision led to OZDEMIR FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Carlos-Henrique Cabezudo hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ederono Vilardell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the OZDEMIR FC defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ederono Vilardell. The OZDEMIR FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ederono Vilardell should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ederono Vilardell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marjan Bundash kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the OZDEMIR FC defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ederono Vilardell. The OZDEMIR FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ederono Vilardell should have stopped the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game İrfan Altıncığlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ederono Vilardell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When OZDEMIR FC's Jose-Antonio Capon in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italy's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half Italy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Altıncığlu in the 54th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ederono Vilardell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 63rd minute. OZDEMIR FC's Rene Sampedro was substituted for Jose-Antonio Capon. OZDEMIR FC made a substitution. Xu Guang Peng replaced İrfan Altıncığlu. The supporters of Italy booed when OZDEMIR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomás Vollmar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Raphael Vidal threw the ball into play from the sideline. With a little luck, OZDEMIR FC's Ederono Vilardell got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's Siricio Liotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raphael Vidal in the 85 minute of the game. 91 minutes into the game, OZDEMIR FC's Tang Sha Xu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tang Sha Xu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ederono Vilardell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Italy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
