With a little luck, Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic got control of the ball when Szczepan Fiszer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was a little too slow when Fred Carlsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 3-0. A collision led to Serbia getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Sreten Popovic hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Roman Sierocki could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Zvezdan Nedeljkovic however easily saved by the left post. After 18 minutes, Roman Sierocki made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Pavlidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaggelis Pavlidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Carlsson in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Vęgoria Team's Pawel Wojtala ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. 29 minutes into the game, Vęgoria Team's Vaggelis Pavlidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 32 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Pavlidis notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Vęgoria Team booed when Serbia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borjan Golubovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Fred Carlsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 11-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sreten Popovic was the one to do the kick off. In the 87th minute, Fred Carlsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vęgoria Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 18-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaggelis Pavlidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Sierocki in the 94th minute of the match. After 95 minutes of play, Vęgoria Team's Fred Carlsson made it 19-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vęgoria Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
