Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Finsberg was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Doctor Quinn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Doctor Quinn really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Alfredinho Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16thth minute of the game Doctor Quinn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Algren in the 24th minute of play forced Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s goalkeeper Jânio de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Finsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doctor Quinn, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg got control of the ball when Doctor Quinn tried to sneak it across the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Finsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Finsberg. FC Karlskoga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Lennart Månsson hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doctor Quinn to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Doctor Quinn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Doctor Quinn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Doctor Quinn notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg. Edgar Finsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Doctor Quinn came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ballybunion Celtic F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doctor Quinn couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, FC Karlskoga's Isaac Ruisko seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isaac Ruisko the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Karlskoga protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isaac Ruisko had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 62nd minute, one of FC Karlskoga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Karlskoga. The referee gave Ballybunion Celtic F.C. a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg. 7-0. With a little luck, Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Jânio de Barros got control of the ball when Karl-Johan Bocklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doctor Quinn in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Finsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sonny Algren hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Doctor Quinn in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Karlskoga's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Johan Bocklund got free with Jânio de Barros in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Edgar Finsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ryleigh McLaughlin fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s protests and gave Ryleigh McLaughlin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute of the match Egil Kielberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jânio de Barros skillfully saved the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Doctor Quinn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Finsberg. FC Karlskoga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doctor Quinn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. In the 94th match minute, Ballybunion Celtic F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José-Francisco Virues to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Doctor Quinn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Finsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Karlskoga players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ballybunion Celtic F.C..
