FC Karlskoga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PacMan SugarEaters the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Karlskoga's Sven-Edvin Isaksson got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th match minute, PacMan SugarEaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Tahsin to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lilian Thuram saved PacMan SugarEaters from getting behind. A well placed Ali Haydar Makul short distance shot in the 14th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 17 minutes into the game, FC Karlskoga's Sonny Algren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lilian Thuram made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Edgar Finsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Lång, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute PacMan SugarEaters were awarded a corner. Arman Wallin went to the cornerflag to take it. Basarab Savin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Åke Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edgar Finsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Ali Haydar Makul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, PacMan SugarEaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Tahsin to maneuver through the defense. In the 29thth minute of the game Ali Haydar Makul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Åke Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Edgar Finsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ali Haydar Makul managed to get in a good position for a shot. PacMan SugarEaters's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Haydar Makul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Finsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Karlskoga's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Ali Haydar Makul scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Finsberg, making the score, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigiusz Tomaszewski during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, FC Karlskoga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Tomaszewski to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, PacMan SugarEaters's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Tomaszewski came free, but Lilian Thuram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Finsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Haydar Makul in the 45th minute of the match. Ali Haydar Makul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lilian Thuram made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Haydar Makul was the one to do the kick off. Edgar Finsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Brenner in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 minutes of play, PacMan SugarEaters's Tim Brenner made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Finsberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lilian Thuram showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Edgar Finsberg came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by PacMan SugarEaters's Tim Brenner. But to his dismay, Tim Brenner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Folke Söderström kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sonny Algren got free with Lilian Thuram in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lilian Thuram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 74th minute of the match. Tim Brenner kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes FC Karlskoga got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Månsson. Edgar Finsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Haydar Makul in the 92nd minute of play. PacMan SugarEaters's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
