After 3 played minutes, Red Devils's Roland Nagy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gonzalo Pedroso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Devils reached it. Claude Bermudez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Fagildo in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, lOs AlAcrAnEs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Jon to maneuver through the defense. Red Devils's Fabien Van Daelen got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Red Devils's Károly Baranyai got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Javiero got free with Claude Bermudez in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Red Devils's Claude Bermudez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Red Devils from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Téo Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabien Van Daelen scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonzalo Pedroso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Fabien Van Daelen notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of lOs AlAcrAnEs's Gonzalo Pedroso. Gonzalo Pedroso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Fabien Van Daelen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Devils fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Devils's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filomeno Jon was slow to take the kick. During this time lOs AlAcrAnEs's players had a chance to rest. 34 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Flores came free, but Claude Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Jon hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Fabien Van Daelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gonzalo Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fabien Van Daelen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabien Van Daelen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Fabien Van Daelen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabien Van Daelen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Téo Lima struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Gonzalo Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Devils. When Fabien Van Daelen came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Red Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabien Van Daelen couldn't finish the play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabien Van Daelen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabien Van Daelen scored 0-4 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonzalo Pedroso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Devils's goalkeeper Claude Bermudez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 58th minute of the game was made by Filomeno Jon with Tadeo Oxarra as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gonzalo Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabien Van Daelen in the 64th minute of play. Fabien Van Daelens short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Gonzalo Pedroso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Red Devils fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Red Devils's Fabien Van Daelen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Téo Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabien Van Daelen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 73rd playminute. Fabien Van Daelen struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Gonzalo Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Devils. With his leg Gonzalo Pedroso managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Red Devils's Fabien Van Daelen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 82nd minute, Károly Baranyai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on lOs AlAcrAnEs's corner Filomeno Jon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claude Bermudez quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute Timoteo Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Bermudez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Lima might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonzalo Pedroso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Téo Lima ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabien Van Daelen in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Téo Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Red Devils played a much better game than lOs AlAcrAnEs and deserved their victory. The lOs AlAcrAnEs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
