But to his dismay, Garin Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gaston Osorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josepe Puyol went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 33 played minutes Capitan Beto got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Servando. In the 34th minute Josepe Puyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Capitan Beto's goal looked a bit too open when Pascal Balboa came free, but Gaston Osorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garin Barral in the 40th minute of play forced Capitan Beto's goalkeeper Gaston Osorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Capitan Beto's zone, Garin Barral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Osorio came out of the goal and Garin Barral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Capitan Beto booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabino Alabern didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaston Osorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Nicholas Herrera got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Capitan Beto's Epifanio Eleazar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
