Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Congo Bongo's Lino Tonete started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Eder to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Ignazio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Ihazintu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to FIORITO CITY getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Fabricio Qwinton hit a great ball. Ciriaco Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Conrado Innocenzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Sengrat, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Roberto Telo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Congo Bongo's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Telo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Innocenzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damaso Ignazio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Santiago Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, FIORITO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Tonete came free, but Conrado Innocenzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabricio Qwinton kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Lino Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Naike kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Evaristo Cordeara lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 44th minute, one of Congo Bongo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Congo Bongo.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Ignazio to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FIORITO CITY's goalkeeper Conrado Innocenzio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Jerrold. The crowd rose to their feet as Congo Bongo's Victoriano Jerrold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conrado Innocenzio. That made the score 0-1 after 54 minutes of play. Roberto Telo struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Conrado Innocenzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Congo Bongo. Gaspar Favila charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspar Favila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FIORITO CITY getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gaspar Favila hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Erasmo Sengrat sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Conrado Innocenzio threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Erasmo Sengrat this time. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Ignazio in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Ihazintu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 played minutes FIORITO CITY got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Fix. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Roberto Telo hit a great ball. Alfonso Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Epifanio Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Lino Tonete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Congo Bongo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FIORITO CITY the free kick. Lino Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Epifanio Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Lia in the 87th minute of the match. Epifanio Ihazintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Ignazio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Congo Bongo's Roberto Telo got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
