The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Naike helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Fernando Naike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Congo Bongo's Victoriano Jerrold ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arne Emander. Arne Emander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Lino Tonete scored 3-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Emander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Lino Tonete. 18 minutes into the game, Lino Tonete recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arne Emander. Lino Tonete showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. When Svante Forsberg fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bajen's protests and gave Svante Forsberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Bajen got a freekick which was hit by Svante Forsberg. Epifanio Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Henriksson in the 26th minute of play. Arne Emander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Lehior in the 31st minute of the match. Arne Emander made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ismael Lehior sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Iaki got free with Arne Emander in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bajen's Arne Emander got control of the ball when Victoriano Jerrold tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bajen's Arne Emander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Bajen from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, one of Congo Bongo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Congo Bongo. Epifanio Ihazintu had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Rolf Henriksson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolf Henriksson was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Lino Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Jerrold took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Emander. Arne Emander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Evaristo Cordeara got a free kick in the 56th minute. Bajen's Arne Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Lehior in the 60th minute of play. When Victoriano Jerrold came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Congo Bongo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Jerrold couldn't finish the play. Tomas Wahlnäs's late challenge caught a Congo Bongo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Wahlnäs helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bajen's Tomas Wahlnäs got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Jerrold came free, but Arne Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Ahlroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bajen's Arne Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Tonete in the 71st minute of play. Arne Emander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoriano Jerrold went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Ismael Lehior made a precise shot to the right of Arne Emander. Bajen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After a rather tough play, Bajen's Aaron Engström got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Victoriano Jerrold made a precise shot to the right of Arne Emander. Bajen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Arne Emander came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Congo Bongo's Lino Tonete. But to his dismay, Lino Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lino Tonete hit a great ball. Arne Emander came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Congo Bongo's Lino Tonete. But to his dismay, Lino Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Congo Bongo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
