Fabian Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cleto Maxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Gitano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Mero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Liquid Spirit got a freekick which was hit by Severo Goito. After a defensive mix-up in Liquid Spirit's zone, Felix Sagrario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Maxin came out of the goal and Felix Sagrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 16 minutes, Severo Goito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liquid Spirit and the Serbia y Mantonegro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Liquid Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Goito to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Maxin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Erdiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Felix Sagrario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Cleto Maxin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fabian Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Maxin having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Sagrario got free with Cleto Maxin in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Fabian Erdiano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cleto Maxin, 2-0. When Gogo Fortun fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liquid Spirit's protests and gave Gogo Fortun a yellow card for diving instead. Cleto Maxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Erdiano in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Liquid Spirit got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Fortun. After some careless play in the Liquid Spirit defense, Felix Sagrario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Maxin. The Liquid Spirit fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Maxin should have stopped the shot. Liquid Spirit's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Fabian Erdiano scored to the left of an out of position Cleto Maxin, making the score, 4-0. In the 38th minute Fabian Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Maxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Liquid Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Alfonso to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Fabian Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Gitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Sagrarios short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Cleto Maxin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Sagrario was the one to do the kick off. Cleto Maxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Erdiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Maxin came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Serbia y Mantonegro's Fabian Erdiano. But to his dismay, Fabian Erdiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Cleto Maxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Erdiano in the 59th minute of the match. Cleto Maxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Liquid Spirit's Severo Goito got a free kick in the 65th minute. Paulo Gilabert's late challenge caught a Serbia y Mantonegro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Gilabert helped the player get up and apologised. After 68 played minutes Liquid Spirit got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Gilabert. Americo Mero kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Cleto Maxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Sagrario's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Cleto Maxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Sagrario in the 74th minute of play. Cleto Maxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Erdiano in the 79th minute of the match. Cleto Maxin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Sagrario went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute Fabian Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Maxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Sagrario in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleto Maxin saved Liquid Spirit from getting behind. Cleto Maxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Sagrario in the 91st minute of play. Felix Sagrario took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Maxin. Cleto Maxin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Serbia y Mantonegro fully deserved thier win.
