In the 5th match minute, Informaniaticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Bordat to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Camela in the 6th minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Alfonso Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute of the match Serbia y Mantonegro got a corner. Informaniaticos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cleto Solustiano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cleto Solustiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Peruanton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Saka Kaká kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Informaniaticos's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Camela came free, but Alfonso Peruanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Alfonso Peruanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Peruanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Camela in the 23rd minute of play. Informaniaticos's Alfonso Peruanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Sagrario in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Felix Sagrario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfonso Peruanton was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Benito Camela kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Nicanor Gomesano came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Informaniaticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Gomesano couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes, Gabriel Bordat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Informaniaticos and the Serbia y Mantonegro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, Gabriel Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd play minute Felix Sagrario came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alfonso Peruanton. 1-3. 57 minutes into the game, Felix Sagrario lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Alfonso Peruanton. In the 68th minute, Donato Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 minutes of play Informaniaticos's Gabriel Bordat was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Serbia y Mantonegro booed when Informaniaticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Bordat didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benito Camela in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Peruanton saved Informaniaticos from getting behind. Alfonso Peruanton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Sagrario in the 72nd minute. Besart Chotard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Peruanton having to make a save. If Ceferino Oihan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Alfonso Peruanton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Camela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute Benito Camela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Peruanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serbia y Mantonegro's Ceferino Oihan got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Felix Sagrario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfonso Peruanton was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Serbia y Mantonegro were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Informaniaticos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cleto Solustiano took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Cleto Solustiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Peruanton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Serbia y Mantonegro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
