Alfonso Peruanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Mikeldi in the 3rd minute of play. Informaniaticos's Alfonso Peruanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Nabar in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Informaniaticos's Jorge Etxekopar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Modesto Olentzaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 23 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Lorencio. 24 minutes into the game, Adan Arnalt lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Modesto Olentzaro. 29 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Gomesano came free, but Modesto Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Informaniaticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Erruki to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Mikeldi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfonso Peruanton. Informaniaticos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Arnalt in the 41st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Modesto Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Mikeldi in the 43rd minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Alfonso Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Etxekopar hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafino Sal during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Omar Canor.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adan Arnalt made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Informaniaticos's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Mikeldi came free, but Alfonso Peruanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, German Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Informaniaticos's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Brun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Olentzaro came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Informaniaticos's Adan Arnalt. But to his dismay, Adan Arnalt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Informaniaticos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Hilario Mikeldi scored to the left of an out of position Alfonso Peruanton, making the score, 3-1. 79 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Tavio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Informaniaticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Retorno de Palermo the free kick. Gaudencio Tavio kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Informaniaticos's Alfonso Peruanton got control of the ball when Natalio Nabar tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Informaniaticos getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Wilfredo Kepa hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, Adan Arnalt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Modesto Olentzaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Informaniaticos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of El Retorno de Palermo for a fine match.
