In the 7th minute, Serbia y Mantonegro's Benito Camela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Modesto Olentzaro. Modesto Olentzaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 10 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Donio. El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save El Retorno de Palermo from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute, Felix Sagrario reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Modesto Olentzaro. The goal made the score 2-0. A nice corner shot did that Hilario Mikeldi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gustavo Gitano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to El Retorno de Palermo getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Omar Canor hit a great ball. When Benito Camela came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Serbia y Mantonegro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Camela couldn't finish the play. After 28 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Illart. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Canor during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benito Camela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Sagrario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Modesto Olentzaro made a huge save. Serbia y Mantonegro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cleto Solustiano in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Cleto Solustiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Modesto Olentzaro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Felix Sagrario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Modesto Olentzaro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gustavo Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Mikeldi in the 44th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Mikeldi during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hilario Mikeldi hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

After 51 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Rufio. Cleto Solustiano struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Modesto Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serbia y Mantonegro. Ernesto Claude hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Serbia y Mantonegro's Benito Camela got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Cleto Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Mikeldi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Gitano having to make a save. Benito Camela took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Olentzaro. Modesto Olentzaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 74 played minutes Serbia y Mantonegro got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Luar. Omar Canor hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Felix Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Camela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Olentzaro having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Felix Sagrario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Sagrario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Olentzaro having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Serbia y Mantonegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Luar to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Gitano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Nabar in the 91st minute. Felix Sagrario took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Olentzaro. Modesto Olentzaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Serbia y Mantonegro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
