Erlin Haaland in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hias Nüssli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 4 minutes into the game, Franco Gläsel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. Erlin Haaland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Erlin Haaland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Switzerland's Hias Nüssli got control of the ball when Erlin Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Jochem, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's goal looked a bit too open when Samuele Kunz came free, but Ferdinand Pflügge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Gustav Iseli threw the ball into play from the sideline. In the 36thth minute of the game Erlin Haaland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Switzerland's Hias Nüssli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erlin Haaland who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Hias Nüssli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Noah Leverenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's supporters rose to their feet, but Noah Leverenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hias Nüssli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Erlin Haaland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erlin Haaland made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Werner Barz made a precise shot to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlin Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Erlin Haaland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Erlin Haaland notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Switzerland's Hias Nüssli. In the 66thth minute of the game Erlin Haaland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Switzerland's Hias Nüssli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Erlin Haaland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Erlin Haaland put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hias Nüssli. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlin Haaland in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Jankowsky in the 82nd minute of play. Ferdinand Pflügge made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Jacinto Maurer sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute of the match Switzerland got a corner. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Samuele Kunz ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Switzerland's corner Samuele Kunz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ferdinand Pflügge quite easily take care of the ball. After 90 minutes, Jacinto Maurer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Switzerland and the Spvgg München-Lerch. 05 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Maurer to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Spvgg München-Lerch. 05 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Switzerland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
