Johan Johansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nick Pope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Poz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Bajen's Marcus Norberg got a free kick in the 20th minute. Nick Pope was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Dimitris Moularas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dimitris Moularas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Dimitris Moularas could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Nick Pope however easily saved by the left post. If Johan Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nick Pope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Sırat in the 29th minute of play. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bajen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Evaristo Pedroso was slow to take the kick. During this time Westie FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Evaristo Pedroso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bajen's Nick Pope did a great save. In the 39th minute Sidney Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Calisto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Porto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteve Calisto having to make a save. Bernardo Caballero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Esteve Calisto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bajen booed when Westie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Poz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bernardo Caballero put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Esteve Calisto. Bernardo Caballero struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Esteve Calisto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bajen.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Caballero made a kick off. The Bajen fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Bajen's Sidney Porto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The corner ended in Sidney Porto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Westie FC's Esteve Calisto did a great save. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Sidney Porto sped through Westie FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Esteve Calisto. When Baldomiro Azibar fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Westie FC's protests and gave Baldomiro Azibar a yellow card for diving instead. Esteve Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Bajen had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
