Alan Paraíba charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Paraíba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Reimundo Ramon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Dorian Koehler didn't even have to move. Dorian Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Urquiza in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Recife to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Bernardino Burgueño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorian Koehler skillfully saved the ball. After 17 minutes, Sandrinho Velloso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FERRABARCA FC's Cresconio Mel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Gaspar Valines ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorian Koehler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Dorian Koehler made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Aquilino Morillo sent off a good shot on target. Cresconio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Baltasar Urquiza scored to the left of an out of position Dorian Koehler, making the score, 2-1. The supporters of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE booed when FERRABARCA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Urquiza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cresconio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Remo Garcia hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's zone, Reimundo Ramon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorian Koehler came out of the goal and Reimundo Ramon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquilino Morillo made a kick off. Nilmar Gaspar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cresconio Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Recife in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Sandrinho Velloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FERRABARCA FC's Zemario Pi was substituted for Weterio Arozamena. The supporters of FERRABARCA FC booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. FERRABARCA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Matías Recife scored to the left of an out of position Cresconio Mel, making the score, 2-4. Matías Recife who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Cresconio Mel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 72nd minute of the game, Alan Paraíba landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. FERRABARCA FC's Baltasar Urquiza got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Baltasar Urquiza off the ground. 78 minutes into the match, Gaspar Valines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorian Koehler. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Valines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Valines in the 82nd minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Dorian Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Morillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Sandrinho Velloso scored 3-5 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cresconio Mel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Gaspar Valines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorian Koehler. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Valines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-5. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
