George Winfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Normando having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, El coca fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Eskuin to maneuver through the defense. El coca fc's Atilano Normando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Jefferies in the 23rd minute of play. Dorking United FC were furious when Yu Yun Yao was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Dorking United FC:s Trevor Burns showed great skill when he stopped Prudencio Eskuin:s penalty. 26 minutes into the game, Prudencio Eskuin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Trevor Burns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Winfield in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilano Normando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Prudencio Eskuin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Carmelo Ponce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trevor Burns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Winfield took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Atilano Normando. Atilano Normando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Atilano Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Dimmock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to El coca fc getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dalmacio Bertran hit a great ball. Genaro Lixandro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

George Winfield could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Atilano Normando made a huge save. George Winfield in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atilano Normando, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. El coca fc's Atilano Normando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save El coca fc from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes, Marciano Eliazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El coca fc and the Dorking United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes El coca fc got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Eliazar. Dorking United FC made a substitution. Bart Sutton replaced Mike Jefferies.
