But to his dismay, Nicolás Blandi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. F.C. Sosnowiec's attentive Zachary Czerniak managed to snatch the ball when Silvestre Ugaitz made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Chaouki Ben Rau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ezequiel Osmundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Silvestre Ugaitz fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kakeros FC's protests and gave Silvestre Ugaitz a yellow card for diving instead. 30 minutes into the game, Elpidio Gaur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kakeros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Sosnowiec the free kick. Elpidio Gaur kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kakeros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wasyl Majdoch was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C. Sosnowiec's players had a chance to rest. Aleksander Sobania was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ezequiel Osmundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Lewkowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolás Blandi was the one to do the kick off. Ezequiel Osmundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Lewkowicz in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Blandi came free, but Dominik Zworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to F.C. With a little luck, Kakeros FC's Ezequiel Osmundo got control of the ball when Leonard Lewkowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Ostargi in the 79th minute of play forced F.C. Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Dominik Zworski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C. Nicolás Blandi scored 3-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominik Zworski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ezequiel Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Lewkowicz in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the F.C. Sosnowiec players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kakeros FC.
