Pascual Vimaro made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C. Sosnowiec's Leonard Lewkowicz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Lewkowicz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Loramendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Chaouki Ben Rau managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Chaouki Ben Rau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Loramendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
