After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Eleuterio Cesaro got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After having played for 3 minutes, Aquiles Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VAMO ARRIBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Bladi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eustaquio Ilixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Montay hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeo Gudesteo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Montrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, VAMO ARRIBA's Pascual Vimaro got a free kick in the 14th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Lino Montay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Montay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute Lino Montay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Betadur in the 23rd minute of play forced Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Hermengildo Montrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Montrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Belo in the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Aquiles Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot. VAMO ARRIBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Bladi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Montrel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hermengildo Montrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Gudesteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VAMO ARRIBA's Roman Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save VAMO ARRIBA from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Club Atletico Rio Tercero booed when VAMO ARRIBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonzo Koldo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Gudesteo to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, VAMO ARRIBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Raebert to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Goizeder came free, but Roman Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, VAMO ARRIBA's Alonzo Koldo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Hermengildo Montrel made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Eustaquio Ilixo sent off a good shot on target. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Dante Ondino put in a rough tackle. In the 62nd minute, one of Club Atletico Rio Tercero:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Rio Tercero. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Hermengildo Montrel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romeo Gudesteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Gudesteo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Hermengildo Montrel made a huge save. In the 94th match minute, Club Atletico Rio Tercero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Rito to maneuver through the defense. VAMO ARRIBA played a much better game than Club Atletico Rio Tercero and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Rio Tercero players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
